All of our items are estate finds, usually used and vintage. We are happy to use our time and resources to find these wonderful items for you but please keep in mind; When shopping at estate sales, garage sales, auction houses, thrift stores and more, there are no guarantees or warranties on items. While we do offer a refund policy; please be aware vintage means old. We try real hard to only pass along merchandise other collectors will love. But please do not expect perfection on vintage items. Item condition can be in the eyes of the beholder. This is why we use our 10 year experience and ultra clear, large pictures to show you what you are purchasing. We leave it up to the buyer to decide if the item is right for them.
DAMAGED UPON DELIVERY:
Please contact us within 48 hours describing the damage in detail. Pictures help greatly in an insurance claim. You will be required to send them via attachment with the email. This process will require you to keep all packaging, possibly fill out forms and return the item and packaging to the delivering company. insurance claims can take 3 weeks to process. If an item arrives damaged, this is an issue concerning the delivery company used to deliver your items. This is not a Paypal or credit card issue. We will work diligently to get you your refund quickly. Buyers automatically accept and agree to follow this process when purchasing from us. Please note; in ten years we have only had to file one insurance claim. We package very well.
Buyers are responsible for all return costs including full insurance. There is a flat $5 plus 20% restocking fee. Refunds are minus the $5 plus 20% of the purchasing price only. No shipping costs from us to you are refunded.
As noted above, we sell vintage items without warranty. If an item arrives damaged we will help with the insurance claim in any way we can.
If you have decided the item is wrong for you; please email us within 72 hours of delivery informing us of why you would like to return the item. You will receive a processing number within 72 business hours via email. This processing number must be included in the return package along with the original invoice copy. The item must be sent back packed in all original packaging, in the same safe manner, in the same condition shipped to you. The item must be sent back via U.S.P.S Priority with full purchase price insurance within 72 business hours of the return email sending you the processing number. Please email us the day of shipment so we know to look out for your item. Once we confirm delivery and condition, your refund will be processed within 72 business hours. Buyers agree to cooperate with these terms in full when purchasing from us.
